does dragon ball have a manga

Jun 2012. 938. The original Dragon Ball series and Dragon Ball Z are both adaptations of Akira Toriyama's manga. Plot and character wise, they don't change anything from the manga. The only difference is that they have a big amount of non-canon filler episodes, specially Dragon Ball Z.
Logically, Orange Piccolo should then be equal to SSB, but obviously the manga has gone nuts and given Goku UI and Vegeta UE at will. If Toriyama's intention is to make Piccolo relevant and on par with the Saiyans, then Orange would have to equal UI and UE in the manga continuity at least.
Without Trunks intervening in the past, Goku would have died to the heart virus, meaning there wouldn't have been a Goku for Zamasu to swap bodies with. Zamasu wouldn't have even learned of Goku's existence (in the anime's continuity or the manga's) if Goku were dead by that time.
For DBZ, if you can't watch it in full, only watch some of the best moments if you ever have time. Fwi, the Dragon Ball anime is packed with about as much filler as DBZ percentage wise. The manga is the best form of Toriyama's creation, for sure and you should read the whole thing, even going over the Dragon Ball portion.

The Dragon Ball Super manga story is based on outlines done by Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, much like the Super anime; Most of what the anime does, like introducing new transformations, hair colors, change in outfits are mostly done to sell merchandise and appease nostalgia seeking baboons, by coping exact scenes and retreading developments from earlier Dragon Ball series;

Does Dragon Ball have the copyright to it's signature moves? I assume anything using the names along with the attack is a straight up copyright strike. I also know that poses are not copyrightable and db didn't invent energy beams or even clashes.
Well Goku didn't have access to gravity training in OG Dragon Ball. Vegeta on the other hand lived on a planet with higher gravity and was used to that kind of training since childhood. Goku got a massive boost in his gravity training on his way to Namek, which put him far above everyone else on the planet besides Frieza, even without the use
Nope. You’ve already watched it, the dragon ball manga has the exact same story as the db and dbz anime. As I’ve already mention, start with c42 of super’s manga :) Just move through it in order, from Dragon Ball to Super. Depending on the English release you use, the original 42 volumes of Dragon Ball may or may not be broken up in to
Goku and Vegeta training with Whis, foreshadowing Ultra Instinct, Frieza Force vs Z-Fighters, etc. Go all the way up to Base Goku vs Frieza, all the way to the end when Frieza feels backed into a corner. He transforms into Golden Frieza, but instead of Goku going Blue, he goes God. That's the only transformation available to him.
